This confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order, it is simply an acknowledgment that your order has been received. We will process your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1-3 business days. However, processing times may be longer during peak periods or holidays. You can track the status of your order online using the provided order ID within your account or through the tracking number supplied after shipment has occurred.
3. Payment Options

5. Returns and Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes products need to be returned or exchanged. Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, and the terms are as follows:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You must also provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and a photo or video of the item if it is damaged. After obtaining return authorization, carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided by our customer service department. Shipping costs for returned items are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error by RegalBathroom.

We will only exchange items that are of the exact same model and color that you returned.

RegalBathroom is required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within Iowa and any other location where we are legally required to do so. The amount of sales tax charged will be calculated based on the applicable tax rate for your shipping address.
